 you can go to Pattaya, you can see in required documents, that Bangkok immigration wants 90 day report from you :P

As some of you points. There is 200 Baht fee (what I understand it is cost to send it to home - by Thai post).

For around first 6 months you should be able to use tourist visas (or multienty tourist visa for around 9 months).

 They give something like that with first extension. I thought before that this is 90 day report, but now not sure anymore 😅

I think bank app can be assigned to one phone number. But maybe you are just able to login to one bank account with the same credentials on 2 phones (you can try to tell in bank, you have 2 phones ;)).
