Hi. Yes by post. My husband also received his by post. We didn't need 90 day report but had to give notification of stay at the property (filled out a couple of forms and copious amounts of photocopying to do this).

Yes. At Chang Watana they asked for TM47, TM30 and copies of passport information and visa page. I Booked an online appointment beforehand which helped.
