In a 75m2 condo, 2 people, our monthly electricity bill is between 2500-3500THB ( one A/C , either in bedroom or lounge, running practically all the time, set on 26ยฐ).
The monthly water bill is around 250-350THB ( 2 people)
You can do it up to 15 days before the due date. I always prefer to get it done earlier rather than later in case there's a problem. Specially now that it has been confirmed that one needs to go in person if one has been out of Thailand since the last Report.
If you intend to make an appointment, it is usually full at least two weeks ahead.
Today, for instance, the first date available for a TM47 report is November 5th.
I'm staying at a new condo and the landlord did the TM30 in January when I came back from Europe and moved in.
But I think the issue could how they filled it in. I will double check the date. And I think the landlord also messed up my name, putting all given, middle and surname together in the surname box..
just to clarify Tod, is it up to the landlord to do the TM30 ( we just signed a year lease and I'm moving to the new condo on 11 January when I come back to BKK) ? Or as the lessee , do I have to do it ?
