What should I do if I miss my 90-day report deadline while trying to file online in Thailand?

My 90 day report is due on 9th April. I have been trying to do it online : rejected 3 times ( yes, I checked the address so it matches the one on my TM30).

I will keep trying but it looks like I have to treck to Chaeng Wattana ๐Ÿ˜’

Now, I just went online to book an appointment but could only get one for the 17th April, as all dates before the 17th are full.

My understanding is that you still have a week after the due date of your report to do it. So in my case, I have until 16th April.

Question 1: is this going to be an issue if I rock up at Chaeng Wattana one day late, after the deadline? Or should I go there earlier without an appointment?

Question 2: I guess, in the meantime, I can continue and try to submit my 90 report online , hoping that at some point I will get it right ?

Thanks on advance for any piece of advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues submitting their 90-day report online and is concerned about potential late penalties if they visit the immigration office after the due date. Community members advise that first-time filers must go in person, and itโ€™s better to go early to avoid long lines. If the user visits a day late, they may incur a fine. However, they can continue to attempt submitting online until their in-person visit. It's also suggested to check the TM30 date and avoid Mondays and Fridays for trips to the immigration office.

One question would be on the TM30 side, on how old is it? It has to be currently active, that is 'on the new system' (so probably less than 12 months old), and the 'checkout date' mustn't be in the past. (blank is best to prevent expiry).

I'm staying at a new condo and the landlord did the TM30 in January when I came back from Europe and moved in.

But I think the issue could how they filled it in. I will double check the date. And I think the landlord also messed up my name, putting all given, middle and surname together in the surname box..

you don't need an appt to file a 90 day report, you can just show up and queue up with the zombie horde..

And as Ellie said; if the cut off of 7 days after the due date is on the 16th (a day immigrations is closed) and you go on the 17th you WILL get a 2000baht fine. There is no slack cut for days the office is closed on the 90 day reporting ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Just a tip
@Patrick ******
I would say ANY day other than a monday or friday are better days to go, (at least that is my direct experience)

1) Is it the first time for you to do the 90 day report ?

If yes, you need to go to Immigration Division 1

IN PERSON for the first time. Only after that you can continue to do it online.

2) Go to Immigration early in the morning to avoid long queues. You do not need an appointment.

Tipp:

Do it before Songkran !!!

After Songkran, the Immigration will be packed massively !!!

The Immigration is closed betwee 12th April - 15th or 16th April. Please check on their website.

I submitted a report before. Had to go to Chaeng Wattana too. But I was staying at a different address.

-> If you go to Chaengwattana for a 90-day report one day later than the reporting window, most likely you will be fined 2000 baht for lack of the report. They accept walk-ins, go within the reporting window.

Question 2: I guess, in the meantime, I can continue and try to submit my 90 report online , hoping that at some point I will get it right ?

-> You can try again as many times as you want. Just make sure you don't leave a "pending" report on the system before you do in person at CW.

Ask the officer what you need to be careful to submit the next 90-day report online. Better bring a printout of the rejected report PDF. They would tell you which part you should correct to do it online.
