I sent them a copy of my ticket, boarding passes, and hotel reservation in Sydney. That worked for me last year.

I don't understand all these comments, if your home address is in Thailand and you're working outside Thailand that is remote work. My DTV was approved, the only thing my work contract had to state was remote work, offshore is about as remote as you can get. I have no idea about the posters actual question.

if you put your home address in Thailand as a remote worker it's fine my DTV was approved

I did my remote worker DTV in Sydney. They require the employment certificate to state Remote Worker. Otherwise it was straight forward.

No questions about visa when I did mine at Kasikorn. I also updated all my details at AIS before going to the bank.
