I don't understand all these comments, if your home address is in Thailand and you're working outside Thailand that is remote work. My DTV was approved, the only thing my work contract had to state was remote work, offshore is about as remote as you can get. I have no idea about the posters actual question.

I did my remote worker DTV in Sydney. They require the employment certificate to state Remote Worker. Otherwise it was straight forward.

No questions about visa when I did mine at Kasikorn. I also updated all my details at AIS before going to the bank.

Try opening the PDF and putting your password in, then print it and select print to PDF. That should give a PDF without the need for a password.

I'm in a similar situation to you, I work on ships with an irregular rotation. I ended up applying and receiving a remote worker DTV while on holiday in Sydney Aus.

My contract didn't state remote work and Sydney asked for a new contract stating remote work, approved after I sent a new contract. I did send payslips and bank statements to match, but I was not asked to.
