good point I overlooked that. We had a great run with DTV used the money to improve the gym and sponsor fighters ... never intended to become office workers lol
some will allow but some embassys will say if just one month you only need a tourist visa so be careful. best to get 6 months to match the 180 day stamp. We used to do muay thai visas and did a 1 day a week plan for 6 months. affordable and flexible. after you got the visa can do the 26 classes whenever you want.
The various governing bodies who license muay thai are
1. Sports authority of Thailand
2. Board of Boxing Sport
3. Ministry of Education
It is also required that a gym us a registered Ltd Company liable for tax.
The Education visa requires a gym to be a licensed school but this is not the case for the DTV.
Find a gym that has all 4 licenses and it will be 0lain sailing but if you already have a gym see what license or licenses they hold and try and match it with an embassy requirements.
one person not people ( I accept your apology) is lying and saying we are not registered to try and get his money back. I don't know why he didn't get the dtv but it can't be because we are unlicensed because we are licensed. He has no proof ... he says the embassy called him ... so nothing written I don't belive this was the reason he didn't get dtv because he says he has a list of registered gyms, there is no such list and he hasn't shown me it anyway.
He definitely can't prove we are unregistered because I can prove we are.
