There is a notice in this page now Tod and we apply for the $25 SE or $50 ME visa via this new site. I had challenges making a payment. The site has issues.

I applied for a 90 day visa just yesterday and my credit card payment failed. I tried again and I had a notification payment failed, set up a new profile and try again! I managed to try the credit card payment again and it went through. You can contact technical support. I get this emailed info from them, once my payment went through:

Important Notice:

1. This acknowledgement email is not Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or Visa On Arrival (VOA). Application is normally processed within 03 working days(*) after e-Visa fee has been paid with sufficient and valid information.

2. According to Article 5 at Resolution /QH14 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: e-Visa fee once submitted is NON-REFUNDABLE BY ANY REASON as the fee is for processing of the application and is not dependent on either Grant or Rejection of Visa.

3. If your information is not sufficient and valid, you will be requested to provide further information or you can be rejected based on the policy of Vietnam Immigration

4. The e-Visa fee payment status updation MAY TAKE UP TO 2 HOURS due to technical reasons/network delays. BEFORE RE-APPLYING, the applicants are requested to make sure that the previous payment has been CANCELLED or FAILED. If you submit and pay for the second application which is the same as the previous application, the Immigration Department will presume that you would like to apply a NEW VISA and that fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

5. In case of the application to be further verified by Vietnam Immigration Department, you will receive the result between 03 and 15 working days(*).

I read a post recently that MTF had stopped supporting most DTV's.

I think if the school or coach was registered with the Ministry of Ed, he would have had a better chance.

I know people can get a DTV for registering for a self Defence Course.
