Are there any countries not eligible to apply for DTV. I got a client referred to me  from Zimbabwe.. i seem to remember hearing something about certain African countries not able to apply. ( I run a Muay Thai Gym)

The problem is, if the client wants to apply at a near by consulate, most, if not all, state it will take over a month to process any visa for individuals from most African countries. Can your client spend a month plus in Cambodia or Indonesia hoping to get this visa processed?

Not in this case... check the Embassy in Canberra.

P.S.: He don't want to apply... he's running a gym in Thailand.

At some other Embassies it is possibel to apply even, when coming form african countrys.

That’s why OP need to look at multible Embassies.

This is not an official site even if it tries to look like it. However, it does have what it says is a list of eligible countries. In the Africa section many countries are missing
