Has the TR visa extension changed to 45 days instead of 30 days?

I am not sure it's been confirmed but it wasn't for a TR but for the 30 days visa exemption.

I am in the same boat except got stamped in until 29th January. No announcement yet even if there will be one. Was told by immigration I have to leave the country not for the first time this year and I have lived here over 6 years

As far as I am aware you can extend a month prior and not lose any days as long as you meet the criteria for the extension
