no he is not allowed to ask about bank statements. At no border in the world you have to show bank statements. Only if you apply for a visa it can be necessary. In country only a court order can force you to show your statements. May be you should have been study law like me fir 5 years and working in this field.

Every bank in Europe gives you bank statement in english, normály you can print out or apply and send send to you by email. And there is no need in in translation to vitnamese, English is enough

you don't have any clue, it's even in the visa written it's a tourist visa!!!! And only extensions can be cancelled never a visa. And it's not a work visa or permission to work, you can work online on any visa or no visa at all. Only because you post every day it doesn't mean you know anything

dtv is a tourist visa,nothing else, and there are no clear parameter for this visa and every visa is valid until it expire when you meet the criteria at the date of application, so you will never loose this visa until it expires, same like any non-o visa
