when a law is discrimination and not Import then I do not encourage people. You can go to immigration office and report daily if this makes you happy but my time has a value and as I am here 12+ years with own business and employees and doing everything by myself I guess I know what to risk or what could be a problem, what are the steps if you need something, what is for free from immigration, but good that the DTV holders exist they keep imigration busy and feed them with their fines 😁😜
All the members here in the group don't know anything how it works in Thailand and what is really important and what not. What is a risk or what you don't need to do bc there is no risk. TM 30 and 90 day reports is only important if you need anything from immigration like an extension or residence certificate otherwise there is no difference you do it or not as where you leave the country no immigration officer at the airport is interested in this. And when you come back everything starts from zero. But people in this group they brag about how many problems they have and how difficult it is in Thailand. In Thailand you need a kind of flexibility or you are a walking ATM and you waste many days in immigration.
I can tell you there is zero risk of fine even you do nothing, just travel minimum every 6 month.
And if you want to have tm30 you can register online with the information what should be attached to the rental contract or you go to immigration office with passport and tell them you are back same address again. Nothing to fill out.
My landlord died 3 years ago and I made a new contract with his son but still register friends when they coming to Thailand online under the old name.
All the people with dtv visa are new in Thailand and don't have a clue and complain about everything. In Thailand you do not act by logic you adapt and solve problems by finding a way what suits you.
Nobody at the airport is interested in tm30 or 90 days report, not true they collecting fines. If you have dtv you normally never have to interact with imigration so you would never pay a fine
what you are talking are you drunk? There is no work permit for online work as it is not illegal. You say you have a dtv visa so you working also illegal by your own definition as its just a stupid tourist visa
you don't have any clue about Thai laws, when you work for a foreign company remotely nothing is illegal and no government can even issue a work permit for it. Stop spreading lies
there is no case when you work remote that you break the law. It's just a lie. Co-working spaces would be illegal like casinos and get raided any day. The dtv is just a multi entry tourist visa for 6 month stay. It is not a work permit. So don't spread lies
