Call your bank and get an update on the transfer. why would you ask this group for the answer or suggestions when you should be contacting your bank who should have all the information you’re asking for?
maybe it’s a misspeak or a misprint but my immigration office requires a TM7 which is the application for extension of stay. Is there such a thing as a TM 47? 
based on the timeline you sent it’s not wise that it’s slow. It is your bank sending them the money that is slow. Why don’t you call your bank and find out what’s up with them?
I use Bangkok Bank app and prior to the beginning of this year. You could download the app on any phone put your pin number in and get access to your account. Sometime around the first part of the year they changed their system to only allow the app to be used on the phone with the phone number registered to the account. my iPhone was a US phone number so we used my wife’s phone number. This year when we return, I had to fill out paperwork and put my Thai phone number associated with the account so I could have access to it. a bit confusing but she’s telling you the way it is.
