You keep saying the same thing every time this question comes up. I dont see how someone elses overstay makes it difficult for the so called " genuine " people . Do you think all expats or tourists are going to rounded up and have their credentials checked because some person overstayed a few days ? Where or how does the " difficulty " manifest ?

My bank is giving me 3.35 % and 3.6% next month. I really dont want to disturb that money but i dont quite get the 65K / month . I may have to do the 800 for a year and then try the combination method .

I guess you would have to allow a little extra for fluctuating exchange rates . That could be a little tricky . It would be hard to get an exact equation when calculating your monthly deposits .
