23 May is a long while from now. If the borders open until then, you will be able to do a border run giving you 30 days exempt entry, which can be extended again. Or being able to apply for a new Non-Imm-O based on having a Thai Child on an Embassy or consulate in a neighbouring country. If borders remain closed, you will be able to collect 30 day Covid19 emergency extension with the Embassy letter, on Immigration

you will have to contact your embassy and ask them

from your Embassy, confirming that you are unable to fly back to your home country. with this letter, applicants receive 30 more days admitted stay

you can still get the Covid19 Embassy letter allowing you 30 more days but you will have to visit Immigration

if he got a re-entry permit before he left, his EOS is good to enter again anytime until 25 April 2021
Gregor **********
he got an Extension of Stay Permit on 31 January until April 25, 2021 next year. But if he left Thailand without a re-entry permit, the EOS became invalid (it tells him in the text underneath the "retirement" stamp)

if your 90-day report did not get actualized & re-arranged on the day when you applied - check the date written onto the slip of paper inside your passport - then your 90 days started on the day of your most recent entry into Thailand

I don't want you to bring the wrong documents, but a good "rule of thumb" is:

- Your wife

- The original rose-border certificate

- A double sided copy of the rose border certificate

- A copy of your data page (the "picture") of your passport

- A copy of your depart by stamp page

- A copy of your visa (if it applies)

- A copy of your departure card

- A copy of your TM30

- Two passport photos

- 1,900THB

You may not need all of these documents, OR you may need more. Immigration would be the experts
