TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a one-year marriage visa (extension of stay based on marriage) in Thailand while currently on a non-immigrant multiple O visa, you will generally need to provide: 1. A legal marriage certificate (often the rose border certificate). 2. Proof of 400,000 THB 'seasoned' in a Thai bank account for at least 2 months. 3. Your Thai wife must be present with you during the application process. 4. A fee of 1,900 THB. Note that requirements can vary by immigration office, so it is advisable to check with your local immigration office for any specific conditions or additional documentation needed.

IF that's correct, each immigration office will have slightly different requirements. However, *ALL* offices will require the following:

- The marriage to be legal (generally it's the rose border certificate you get when you marry your Thai wife)

- 400K THB "seasoned" in a Thai bank account for 2 months

- Your wife to be present next to you

- 1,900 THB

Different immigration offices do have slightly different requirements (i.e. how many pictures of you and your wife inside and outside your house, etc.) so you'd have to ask them for the specifics.

GO to your local immigration office and ask for the handout for the "One year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national". There are 70+ immigration offices, and we don't keep a database of each ones requirements.

From your post, it sounds like you are looking for a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai female national. Is that correct?
