would like Moderators to re-open Sam Mosley.  There seems to be some misunderstanding.  His 1-year Non-O based on marriage is not valid any more and he is now on the 60-day extension based on having a spouse/family member. Since he cannot fly to Vietnam his option is to go to Savannakhet and apply for a new Non-O ME based on marriage. That's all that is to it , it didn't take a sidelong discussion
