you cannot do a "land run" on a 60-day Single Entry Tourist Visa. Either you extend it for 30 more days at any Immigration office inside Thailand, giving you 90 days out of this visa, or leave Thailand just before the SETV expires and come back on a 30-day Visa Exempt Entry or get a new SETV on the embassy of TH in Vientiane.
