they said it is possible, just my wife need to have 800k baht for 2 month before she can apply the non o retirement . So she got the non o under retirement .

my wife apply the non 0 visa in Hong Kong intended to follow my retirement, but they reject the application and ask her to apply the non o in Thailand . So we went to immigration and ask advise what we can do in this situation. After some talk with them, I ask whether I can apply non o under retirement. When the non o issued, then my wife will use the non o (retirement) to follow my retirement.

they did not request you to have 800k keep in bank for 2 months when you apply the non o ? Which immigration you apply the non o ? ( I know 800k to keep 2 month before apply the 1 year extension.

But the pattaya immigration now need 800k keep for 2 month when apply 90 days Non O, Which is not I read from other post )

oh… I am worry they will have other unexpected requirement after we fulfill the 2 month 800k requirement. Please update if you can. I will have my money 60 days by 21 Aug. let’s see what happen by that time.
