I already got my 1 year retirement visa extension last November. My wife will have her non o visa stamp next week from Pattaya immigration.

Upon 30 days before expiration of my wife non o visa, What document is required if my wife follow my retirement visa extension?

Is it just my passport copy including my retirement visa stamp and her passport copy including her non o visa, + our marriage certificate & certified translation copy.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a one-year retirement visa extension and is inquiring about the necessary documentation for their wife, who is obtaining a Non-O visa. They plan to apply for a retirement visa extension for her 30 days before her Non-O visa expires and want to confirm if they will need to provide copies of both passports (with visa stamps), as well as a marriage certificate and a certified translation.

are Pattaya immigration now issuing Non-O visas for trailing spouse reason? Not all Non-O visas are the same. I only ask as the first extension must be for the reason the Non-O visa was issued.

my wife apply the non 0 visa in Hong Kong intended to follow my retirement, but they reject the application and ask her to apply the non o in Thailand . So we went to immigration and ask advise what we can do in this situation. After some talk with them, I ask whether I can apply non o under retirement. When the non o issued, then my wife will use the non o (retirement) to follow my retirement.

did the immigration state you could do that? As far as I'm aware if you get a Non-O visa issued for being over 50 (commonly called retirement visa) then the subsequent extension on that visa must also for being over 50

Probably best to check with your immigration office as some may vary. As an example here’s what they need in Phuket.
