David Broadfoot correct I've copied wording from website to show it's only new applicants and that's what they will be presented with when J applied rules not in place

Down load app called 'section 38' you can do TM30 on it once registered

yes Ive heard about TM30 but I only normally stay for 90days so never done one only visa extension, I thought 90 days was the only time TM30 was done not on arrival 24hrs

Tod Daniels so if your saying the TM6 has nothing to do with it immigration ar present don't know where I am, that could result in a large fine, I've just been on the immigration website in English and things not to clear on there, it's still written in thai, very confusing for folk, I have never notified in 24hr but will start doing now I know, I have friends here too that never notify so it's poor knowledge amount travellers, I'm now concerned I will highlight I've been here for 2 months without TM30 and also not notifying them where I have been residing, thank you for your help
