Did mine yesterday, got a confirmation email to say it had been received but still waiting for approval and my next date to report. Why does it take so long?

thanks. Yeah new system, but still as crappy as the previous one. I didn’t even know the application I made yesterday was “pending” till I changed browser this morning and made a new one. What a proper shit show! Been here 24 years and immigration just gets worse every year.Carl ***********

i think you have to do the first one in person and after that you can do them online, when the website is working
