What is the process for obtaining stamped bank statements and proving income for a Thai visa application?

Just emailed thai embassy London with regards to bank statements they still accept original statements with bank stamp?? How do I get them stamped?
Also proof of income I get monthly payments from properties I rent do I prove income in the same man or as above?? Many thanks
