TLDR : Answer Summary
The new Compulsory Insurance requirement for the O-A Visa comes into effect on October 31. The user asks if their existing insurance from their home country will suffice and if they need to worry about this change given that they currently hold a valid visa. A comment suggests having the Overseas Insurance Certificate available upon entry into Thailand and indicates that more information will be available after the implementation date.

Please read the post about the O-A visa.

Thank you.

Download the Overseas Insurance Certificate...have it with you upon arrival if asked to see it by Thai Immigration.
