Difficult to find so here's a clue
Proceed past Central Plaza so it's on your right go through the underpass right at the top of the hill there's a set of traffic lights go straight on then take first right u turn, get off main road onto side street it's approx 300m on the left it's in the Police training place

Last time we went we overshot twice and had to do two U turns!!!!
It's an excellent immigration office. We've done lots of 90 day reports and TM 30 too and have never waited longer than 10 mins. You hear some stories of long waits at other cities but so far KK has been excellent.
