What is the best way to use a Wise card to withdraw Thai Baht without a Thai bank account?

I’m same as your case. don’t do that like you. Must open different currency jars in your Wise account. Wise exchange rate is very good of course it will get charge fee and ATM as well. But I will transfer the THB from Wise to my Thai Bank. Alternatively, you may open Charles Schwab account in USA and ATM is no charge aboard.
