Yes. I do. We do them for people in my property. Perhaps if you explain what exactly you're trying to do: are you applying for a tourist visa and need an invitation letter. If so why you are booked into a hotel in Thailand to get a TM 30 if you aren't in the country. Your posts are just muddled and unclear. Which means people are "guessing" to try and answer you.

I don't need the details. I was asking IF you could use "visa exempt" or had to use a tourist visa.

Is this a tourist visa? Can you not enter "visa exempt" for 60 days on your passport?

no idea if previous holiday stays are an issue, but wouldn't think so.

UK passport. Each entry to Thailand you get up to 60 days with no visa and can extend for extra 30 days. Leave and re-enter you get up to 60 days again with no visa which you can extend for 30 days.

Re entry for Thailand? What document are they travelling on, what passport?
