There was no damage when I first moved in but I do have a photo of the couch falling apart after 1 year. Unfortunately I never mentioned anything to the landlord. I don't mind paying for a repair job but not for a new couch. I suppose I could just get it repaired myself. I do have a Thai friend that can assist me.
