Hello group. Can anyone please recommend a Thai lawyer that speaks English? Someone that I'm in a contract with has breached it and I may need to take them to court. Thank you in advance. 😀

Hello

Can someone recommend a lawyer that can help me set up a business under the Treaty of Amity in Thailand!

We’re looking to set up a business in Ko Samui or Phuket

Also

I will need help with visas for 2 families. One family is mine( a family of 4) and the second family is my business partner also a family of 4.

Again we’re all American citizens

Thank you

Good morning!

I'm from the UK and have been running a business in Thailand for 2 years. Usually I return to the UK each summer and apply for my visa there but I am not going back this summer.

My 2nd Non-B visa expires on the 23rd July. I will be in Myanmar from the 7th-12th July. Do I need to get all paperwork sorted this week so I can apply while in Yangon, or can I do it once I get back and apply while in Bangkok?

Also, I swear I read somewhere the other day that you can apply for your B Visa online now, since last month. But now I can't find where I read that.

Also, do I really need a Thai lawyer to apply for the WP3 or can I do that myself?

Thank you for your help!
