ooh I see ... The paragraph says "If applicant has residence in the country he is residing" ... I don't have residence in Vietnam obviously, do I then ignore this paragraph?

thanks so much for responding! Yes that paragraph is very confusing ... Looks like I'll need proof of residency in Thailand, therefore I would need:

- Lease agreement of accommodation

- Copy of owners ID

- Copy of hotel registration (blue book)

- Title deed
