totally doable, but will need to be done with a pet importer (some ppl have posted links) and they may not be able to send all your cats at one time

How can I transfer my Thai visa if I need to mail in my US emergency passport for a long-term passport?

i picked up my proper passport in person, and they gave the emergency one back to me but cancelled

then went to chaeng wattana for stamp transfer (since i have a non-b)

honestly i dont know how it works with mail - can you go in person?

yeah i know. but i do have a police report and a new passport and they do have all the info in their computers

so in theory they could do it... they just dont 🤷🏻‍♀️

theyve got everything in their computers so its moronic they cant do that there
