Do I need to return to my Bangkok branch to get a letter from Bangkok Bank for immigration purposes?

Any branch can get it but if it's 12 months statements You need then they have to put request into the main branch in Bangkok and You have to wait 10 days or they send them to your local Bangkok Bank branch ,I did this in April in Phuket for my retirement visa 12 month extension

Last 2 domestic flights I take from Bangkok to Phuket and back they only ask for passport ,depends which airline I think

for COVID extension only the main immigration office in phuket town issue them as my neighbour tried at immigration office in Blue Tree resort and was told only main office in Phuket town issues Them

I've never paid them it's the agency people I'm on about ,I have all the requirements needed ,only ask about bank letter in my post if needed or not ?
