3. You’ll need an address for the landing card. It can be anywhere and could be just for one night and even then, there is no obligation to stay at that location.

Thank Tod. It is a logical thought. The landlord of the new lease is concerned and wants to submit a TM30 although I’m attempting to convince him it is not necessary.

90 days is from the date of entry. The first report has to be in person to enter your details in the database. Thereafter, depending on your local office, in some areas and as an option, you are able to report online but only if the web site is up and running. Reporting can be done between 7 and 14 before the due date and 7 days after I believe.

Having a multi entry non o-a visa means pretty much total freedom to come and go to Thailand without worrying whether you have to make a trip specifically for a stamp renewal (except at the end of the first year to be able to stay a further year). It requires more paperwork in the beginning but worth it for the lack of worry later.
