I am in the UK and from the UK. I want to apply for the retirement visa while in the UK. Having a problem trying to find which Government dep will supply proof of uk pension. All searching goes to consular out side of uk.
Advice from UK members would be appreciated.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK resident seeking to apply for a retirement visa in Thailand is looking for guidance on obtaining proof of their UK pension. The relevant advice from the community suggests contacting HMRC for pension documentation and recommends using a bank statement showing state pension payments as proof. There is also a discussion on the differences between the Non-O and Non-O-A visas, with the Non-O-A providing longer stays but requiring more documentation.
