If the cafe has taken such a huge financial hit due to the economic crisis brought about by the Covid19 situation, he should prepare himself for the worst because his credibility as a good lawyer has just been flushed down the toilet!

Evidence is not irrelevant. You can't bring a case against someone, and expect to win without it.

The case will be laughed at, and dismissed on the grounds of lunacy, if it even gets near the courtroom!
