There is a test to check which embassy/consulate you should apply based on your passport country and location. If it says you cannot apply for an evisa, then you apply in person at the same location. Use that to figure it out. If you cannot, we are all doomed.

Please name a shop that only accepts Thai credit cards but not foreign bank issued credit cards. Never see it before except I think the electricity app to pay your electric bill. Condo maintenance company works with bank transfer only, so also paying for eater bill for my condo.
