needed by who? The airline? I have read Etihad have made passengers test. However as stated above it is not a requirement of the Thai government for citizens to have a test before returning

ok January makes sense as i came back in December. However, chucking my insurance, it covers over $100k for covid and far exceeds the requirements for 40k and 400k so would i still need to get 2 insurance policies when my insurance already covers both?

ok i hear you, is that what the article is reporting? I entered in December, so if i leave i wouldn't be able to re enter without 2 insurances on those visas? Did this just start this week?

but the report states that even non o with re entry permit would also require this additional insurance. I am trying to find out if this is new as i know I only had obe insurance in December but that may have covered both requirements
