It’s seems RTE London are not issuing COE if you are traveling in early November but as the Thailand Pass site is not live yet and it’s seems it’s not going to be before 15 November it seems like a typical Thai shit show.

RTE London not answering emails or phone calls.

Any ideas what to do ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post expresses frustration with RTE London not issuing the Certificate of Entry (COE) for travel to Thailand planned for early November, amid concerns about the Thailand Pass website not being live until after November 15. The conversation includes comments discussing possible delays due to public holidays and experiences with the COE application process.

When do you leave ?
Will ************
For quarantine free. Find a one night package and apply for COE. Not sure what else you can do because TPass isn't live and it takes up to a week to sort a COE.
