yep exactly what happened to me. No matter what you select in the birth date menus it always selects the number above it. It’s a joke of a system. Huge money grab. Also just randomly resets your information too

yeah guess technically you could say it’s my fault for not picking up on a glitch they caused in the first place, but the fact there’s glitches happening on a site like this wouldn’t suprise me if it’s intentional. I’m sure tons of people have reported this and they’re doing nothing about it.. wonder why lol

yep, even when I was re submitting the exact same error happened again, having to triple check to make sure a “glitch” hasn’t changed your details again is just ridiculous and unfair. Glitches on a site like this is unacceptable

yep but not only that when I am manually going to click a date for example, it selects the one previous. Insane that it’s happening on a website like this.

seems that way. Especially when the site doesn’t function and doesn’t actually select what you click. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s done purposefully.

Would be interesting to see if this is happening on anyone else’s end, or if this was somehow only on my side , which I doubt

yup already submitted another one, unfortunate. Their site is also extremely buggy, when you hover over birth date, and click 26 for example, it actually selects 25. Tested multiple times. Had issues with things changing on their own. Going to send a screen recording to them tomorrow, not expecting a refund, but surprised at how this is happening on a website as serious as this.

pretty sure that means you just cant apply for it in thailand
