Using an agent for the first processing is more than reoccurring extensions. Doing it yourself for the first time is daunting for all that say it’s not. Go at it …wait in long lines and/or get the wrong form. Then the banks 😵. Ill pay for the convenience of not having to face anyone. 5 min to take digital photo in immigration . Done. with multi reentry

Need a sim registed with your passport. The hassle you incur is because many scammers has countless sim cards unregistered….that has changed. Small expense to keep an active sim card as little as 12b per month if you use the little machines outside 7-11s. Cheaper than a Singha

maybe the local immigration staff was tired of the dumb “i didnt know that “ look so an advisory sign was made. Imagine them dealing with this everyday…..just like the constant same visa questions posted on fb.
