you would be surprised how many people get rejected. Hope life is treating you well in the States.

As for Certification of Entry I clearly state this is my journey.

I've personally been through the process. The Royal Thai Embassy team are absolutely amazing. I filled in my application on their online portal. I applied for a Non-O and married to a Thai with daughter. This was time frame.

Sunday: scanned the documents needed in JPEG format. My UK Passport, 2 passport photos, wife's Thai ID, 1 bank statement account showing over 10,000GBP. By scanning these before you start your application makes the process very easy.

I filled the application in Sunday afternoon, uploaded the documents needed above and made my payment 1,900THB. I double checked my application and sent.

Wednesday: my application was approved

Saturday: I received my Certificate of Entry. Via email.

Sunday: We booked our flights to BKK 'one way' Thai Airways.

The reason why you book the flights after is because a lot of people get turned down. Why I don't know there is no police check required when applying in London.

Been here in Thailand for 3 years. Best move I've made. The inflation that as hit the west. We have not felt here. Just so nice living in a country where we don't care about politicians or political views.

There's a lot of us nomads and expats that meet up in Peaky Blinders, Pattaya for lunch. Best restaurant in the area.

Good luck.

You visa expires in August. A spouse visa takes longer to process. You should be doing yours now. A visa extension by retirement you can do the week before.

Hi Chris I believe you are based in the UK. You can apply for a Non-O online via the online portal. But you also have unusual circumstances with the loss of their mother. The Royal Thai Embassy in London is fantastic and they will help you relocate to Thailand with paperwork.

Our daughter is now 6 and was born in the UK. So she had a UK certificate of birth and UK passport. I got in touch with the Royal Thai Embassy directly and they arranged for my daughter's Thai CoB and emergency passport so we could travel back to Thailand without visa issues for my daughter.

If you want the email of the lady I was in contact with please DM me.

Here's your visa link apply for a Non-O. When you arrive in Thailand extend the visa on the grounds of family support.

A lot of my friends use this agent that has a fantastic reputation. All the prices are on the wall when you walk in:

Update Thailand she needs to apply before travel. She will not even be allowed on the plan. Namibians can only travel to 52 countries without a visa. Here's your link:
