 so i have a different problem , i submitted mine and it got rejected because it said it was first time , and i had to go in person. The issue is , its not the first time , its my second time. I went in person 90 days ago , now they are saying its still my first time , anybody run across this issue before?

Thanks, i hear its more of a hurdle trying to obtain one in your own country , as opposed to getting it in Thailand
