u mentioned "before, the embassies..." ..."...based on the annual tax report." at least with the US embassy income affidavit, it was not based on anyone's annual tax report, but was based on whatever the person wrote on the form as their income. Eventually, Thai immigration realized that not all individuals were stating an accurate amount. They demanded that the US embassy confirm/ verify that the amount written on anyone's income affidavit was accurate. The US embassy and other embassies said they could not/would not undertake that verification task, so, that income affidavit option ended shortly thereafter.
that's a step in the right direction, but u said u were going to buy. also, will you qualify for visas that will allow you to stay long term? ages, financial status
exactly, but to state one is going to live here permanently and buy.......but doesnt know the slightest a out the legal requirements in order to do so; they need slow way done-- also, not sure of their ages-- would they qualify for an O or OA ??
I'm sorry, but it's too typical of some who get way ahead of themselves with big plans to move "permanently" to a foreign country, buy a condo, etc, but seem to have failed to do some basic hw as to where u want to live.
search Google and this page, then return with specific questions about anything confusing. but u definitely need to gather more basic information.
thai embassy or consulate website and search Google or this page to easily learn the basics, then perhaps as was suggested, as any questions here if something seems confusing.
