It's a 14 day travel ban within Cambodia from province to province. I'm not in the capital Phnom penh where the Thai consulate is. But if I have proof of flight ticket I am able to travel to Phnom Penh by taxi

 not old enough, was told I can enter on a 45 day visa and then work with an agency to extend
