It's a O Visa.

Ordinary.

You get this Visa and apply for an extension. The retirement extension is for 12 months.

Based on age 50 or more.

You need to report residence every 90 days you are in Thailand.

Several ways to obtain the above.

Probably discussed at length previously.

You dont have to have 800,000 baht in a thai bank account.
