yes NZ will issue the affidavit. 800 baht. Must make an appointment to visit.

I just applied for NON O year extension using a Affidavit from the NZ embassy and MYird print out of last year and this year as evidence. The letter of income was accepted by Korat immigration as evidence of income.

At the bottom of the application form it says immigration may ask for additional information. I guess that means give them what they ask for.

You are correct I have used a smaller photo several times. Never the blue background tho.

i would have to agree seen alot of upset people today. Would be alot simpler if had a clear printout with all these extra requirements. The printout i was given had none of this written on it. Just trying to stay calm hopefully things get on the move when we get back. I under a tree outside chok chai district office. Waiting for witnesses to print blue books.
