Hello. Just been attempting to get an extension of Non O for 1 year based on Thai child. Visited immigration office 10 days ago to check documents in order. All was correct except some photos and google map print out of address. I was told by IO
Returned today with witnesses to find out the paperwork I provided for legitimate Thai child needed to be court certified copies and less than a week old. Also need to go Amphoe office to get a copy of witnesses from them.
Just got the copies now and heading back.
So anyone unaware of these requirements take heed. Save yourself the driving about with witnesses on the day.
