Hello guys, I just been looking at older posts and wish to clarify.

Can I use income affidavit to apply for Non O raising Thai child while in Thailand? 

Currently here on TV with 26 days left on  30 day extension. Will re apply for 60 day family extension start of may. 

Should have Full paternal rights issued by court then also.
