If buying brand new dealership sort everything for you. All you need is a certificate of residency for the registration. Royal enfield sorted everything for me, no problem at all.

You haven't put a middle name or something. Name has to be exact same as on the passport. Unfortunately nothing you can do, apart from apply again with correct name.
