Don't give them any money, even with contract and everything. My friend's Thai accountant stole about 800 000$ from his business. I don't think he and his partner were able to recover anything from her.

I can get all the documents myself and it will travel as cargo. But who is allowed to bring their pet to Thailand and who is not?
