i am interested in applying for DTV thru a yoga education course in CM. I have a non b visa thru jan 12th.

Should I return to cm via a border run to Laos once my non b expiree - and begin application for DTV when i am back in thailand with a 60 day tourist visa? And then exit again to laos/vietnam to re enter with dtv if i can get it approved by one of these neighboring embassies?

The school isn’t giving me the best info - any help welcome.
